Dr. Theresa Libios, LPC

Managing Director

Theresa Libios, PhD candidate, LPC, and a mental health specialist, is the founder of a non-profit mental health agency and an adjunct instructor at Henderson State University and Fisher College. She specializes in working with children, utilizing creative theoretical approaches in therapy. Her diverse areas of research and practice include working with diverse populations, integrating cultural competence into mental health care, and exploring innovative, evidence-based interventions to support underrepresented groups.

Dr. Franc Hudspeth, PhD, NCC, LPC-S, ACS, RPT-S, RPh

Member of the Board of Directors

Franc is Coordinator and Clinical Associate Professor of the Ed.S. in Counselor Education-Play Therapy Emphasis, in the School of Education, at the University of Mississippi. He served as Editor of International Journal of Play Therapy for 10 years, and currently serves as Co-editor of the Journal of Military and Government Counseling. He serves on the Association for Play Therapy’s Board of Directors and as Past-President of the Military and Government Counseling Association. He received his PhD, in Counselor Education & Supervision, from the University of Mississippi, and is a Registered Pharmacist and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor.
